1. Scope
This policy covers two situations: (a) data we collect about you, our customer, when you visit this website or use your account; and (b) data about your visitors that flows through the service when you use TRACKMASTER to track traffic. Section 3 explains the difference and our role in each.
2. Information we collect
Account and billing information
When you sign up or subscribe, we collect your name, email address, and any company details you provide. Payments are processed by Stripe; we receive confirmation and limited billing details from Stripe but do not collect or store your full card number.
Account usage
We collect technical information about how you use your account, such as log-in times, IP address, browser and device type, and actions taken in the panel, to operate and secure the service.
Visitor and click data (processed for you)
When traffic passes through your TRACKMASTER links, the service may record information about each visitor, including IP address, user-agent, browser and operating system, device type, approximate location (such as country), referrer, timestamps, the click and any associated conversion, and any sub-IDs or tokens you pass. This data is collected on your behalf, under your configuration.
Website cookies
This website uses only the cookies necessary for it to function. We do not use third-party advertising cookies on this site.
3. Our role: controller and processor
For your account and billing data and this website, CV Bangkit Maju Terus is the data controller. For data about your visitors that you collect through the service, you are the controller and we act as a processor handling that data according to your instructions. You are responsible for having a lawful basis, and for providing any notices or obtaining any consents required, for the visitor data you collect.
4. How we use information
- To provide, operate, and maintain the service and your account.
- To process payments and manage subscriptions.
- To secure the service, detect abuse, and troubleshoot problems.
- To respond to your requests and provide support.
- To send essential service messages, and — only with your consent — occasional product updates.
- To comply with legal obligations.
5. How we share information
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with:
- Service providers who help us run the service, such as our payment processor (Stripe) and hosting/infrastructure providers, under appropriate confidentiality and data-protection terms.
- Authorities where required by law, regulation, or valid legal process.
- A successor in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.
6. International transfers
We and our providers may process data in countries other than yours. Where data is transferred across borders, we take reasonable steps to ensure it remains protected in line with applicable law.
7. Data retention
We keep account and billing data for as long as your account is active and as needed to meet legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. Visitor and click data is retained according to your account configuration and our standard service retention periods; you can request deletion of data you control. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data, including encrypted connections, access controls, and hashed credentials. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your information and to address incidents promptly.
9. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal data, to object to certain processing, and to data portability. To exercise these rights for data we control, email contact@trackmaster.my. For visitor data that a customer controls, please contact that customer; we will assist them as their processor.
10. Children
TRACKMASTER is a business tool not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will remove it.
11. Third-party links
Our website and the destinations you configure may link to third-party sites we do not control. This policy does not apply to those sites; please review their own privacy notices.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will revise the effective date above and, for material changes, take reasonable steps to notify you.
